How to submit a request
When contact email is published, send your request with your full name and the email or phone used in your enquiry. A dedicated request form will be added when the production backend is live.

Response timeline
We aim to respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe as required by applicable law.
Medical reports
If reports were shared with hospitals for review, we will delete our copies where possible and coordinate deletion requests with partner hospitals where applicable.
