Tonicvia’s fee covers patient-side comparison, documentation support, communication coordination, and concierge logistics — separate from hospital medical bills. This keeps billing transparent and aligned with your interests as the patient.

Yes. Hospital, doctor, surgery, implant, ICU, and medicine costs are paid directly to the hospital and related providers — not through Tonicvia.

No. Tonicvia does not diagnose, prescribe, or guarantee medical outcomes. Treatment decisions and results depend on licensed doctors, hospitals, and each patient’s medical situation.

Tonicvia helps compare hospital and specialist profiles for your case as part of a structured comparison report. We do not replace licensed medical advice or tell you which doctor to choose.

No. Medical files are not accepted through WhatsApp for formal case review. Records are shared only after consent through Tonicvia’s authorized process.

No. Government visa fees and embassy or portal charges are not included in Tonicvia’s service fee. Concierge support may include visa documentation guidance.

Hospital estimates may change after final evaluation, implant selection, ICU needs, complications, additional tests, or extended stay. Tonicvia helps you understand estimate structure — not fixed final hospital pricing.

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the service stage and our refund policy. Paid work already completed may not be refundable. See our Refund Policy for details.

No. Tonicvia is not an emergency service. For urgent medical needs in the U.S. or India, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest emergency facility.

Usually 3–5 business days after required information and consent are received. Complex cases may take longer depending on hospital response time and missing documents.
