Measurable standards, not medical guarantees
These are the administrative standards Tonicvia holds itself to on every case. They describe how we work — they are not promises about medical care or clinical outcomes.
1. Lead acknowledgement within one business day
Every new enquiry receives a human acknowledgement within one business day (Monday–Saturday, IST).
2. Consent before medical-record transfer
No medical record is shared with any hospital before the patient signs the record-sharing consent.
3. Hospital proposal sources clearly labelled
Every proposal in a comparison shows which hospital provided it and on what date.
4. Every estimate marked with date and validity
Figures without a source, date and validity window are marked as such and never presented as firm.
5. Unanswered questions shown in the report
If a hospital has not answered a question, the report says so — gaps are never papered over.
6. Commercial relationships disclosed
Any commercial relationship relevant to a comparison is disclosed in the report itself.
7. Patient choice remains voluntary
Tonicvia never pressures a patient toward any hospital, procedure, or timeline.
8. Records shared only with authorised recipients
Medical records go only to the hospitals the patient has authorised in writing.
9. Deletion requests acknowledged within seven days
Data-deletion requests are acknowledged within seven days and processed per the privacy policy.
10. No hospital receives a higher ranking for payment
Hospitals cannot pay for a better position in any Tonicvia comparison — there are no paid placements.
Service standards apply to Tonicvia's administrative work only. Hospital response times, medical decisions, estimates and outcomes are controlled by hospitals and licensed clinicians. If we fail a standard, tell us through the complaints process and we will investigate.
Hold us to these standards
If something falls short, use the complaints process — every complaint is acknowledged and reviewed.
