On-ground support region
Tonicvia's current on-ground coordination base is in Gujarat (Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar). Hospitals in other Indian cities may be considered case by case depending on the patient's needs, hospital response, travel feasibility and available support arrangements. In cities outside Gujarat, Tonicvia's support is remote coordination unless a local arrangement is confirmed in writing for the case.
Concierge payment is typically 50% before coordination starts and 50% before patient arrival in India. Hospital, hotel, airline, and vendor payments follow those providers' policies.

Selectable coordination modules: hospital communication, visa documents, airport transfer, accommodation, admission-day support, local non-medical coordinator, discharge documents, follow-up scheduling, and a recovery handover pack.
Tonicvia service fees are always shown separately from hospital billing. Patients pay hospitals directly.
Tonicvia service fees are separate from hospital, doctor, surgery, ICU, medicines, implants, hotel, flights, food, government visa fees, and personal expenses. Patients pay hospitals and third-party providers directly.
Visa guidance and documentation support are included in concierge support, but government visa fees and portal/embassy charges are not included.
